The Customer Service role requires working variable hours to match when customers need us most. A standard contract includes a fixed 40 hours per week. Depending on role location, there are roles available based 100% at home, or 100% in an office.
Traditionally, shifts are 5 x 8 hour days. We schedule shifts based on a variety of shift patterns between 7am and 9pm Monday to Sunday for home-based Customer Service Associates.
In addition, we offer paid time off for events such as marriage, bereavement, funeral leave, voting leave, sick leave, and vacation (annual leave is 15 days). You may need to work national holidays, if your shift falls on those days. However, you will be compensated accordingly.
We offer maternity and paternity leave, depending on tenure. You can also take unpaid leave.
