You no longer need a separate password to log into the job portal, only a 6 (Six) digit PIN. We can help you create a new one quickly. Please follow the steps below:

• Go to https://trabaja.amazon.co/app#/forgotPin
• Enter the email address that you used to create your candidate account
• We’ll send a verification code to the email address you entered, please check your inbox to retrieve it (if you didn’t receive it, make sure you check your spam folder)
• Enter this code into the verification code box in your browser
• Enter a new PIN and click "Update"

You're done! You can go back to the log-in screen and log in to your account using your email address and new PIN.

To complete the application and tests you must do it from a Windows computer using, preferably, Mozilla Firefox as a browser. You need to have headphones and a stable internet connection. Try to be

In case of not obtaining the required results in the tests, you can apply again after 3 months from the initial date of application.

To apply for available vacancies in Customer Service, you must meet the following basic requirements:

1. Be over 18 years of age

2. Speak fluently one of the following languages: Spanish, English and Portuguese

3. Successfully pass the virtual tests that you can take from https://trabaja.amazon.co

The minimum required documents are: Citizenship ID (immigration ID and passport for foreigners) and judicial record certificate.

Allowed formats: PDF, PNG, JPG.

2. Select "I agree" to the Terms of Use and click "Submit"

3. Enter your basic information in the requested fields and click on "Search"

4. Take a screenshot of the background and save it. Make sure your full name appears after your ID number
