What does a Remote Customer Service Associate do?
This is a work-from-home opportunity. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers’ queries, which includes everything from order and product questions to payment matters and website guidance. Our Remote Customer Service Associates use a variety of tools to navigate, research, review solutions and communicate effectively with customers.
Some of your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Supporting customers, drivers, shippers, and Delivery Service Partners to ensure successful deliveries
- Resolving technical tasks relating to Amazon’s website, Prime services and/or digital devices (Echo, Kindle etc)
- Gathering intelligence to prevent any potential issues that may impact customer experience and delivery performance
You can expect:
- Competitive pay for Spanish-speaking roles starting from $1.595.000 COP per month, and English or Portuguese-speaking roles from $2.415.000 COP per month
- On-the-job learning and growth opportunities
- Working variable shifts over a 40-hour week from Monday to Sunday, within the hours of 7am to 9pm
- Training to provide you with the skills you need to problem solve for our customers
- A Lenovo Case and CPU, monitor, keyboard, microphone and headset provided by us – you’ll need a dedicated office space with a desk and a chair, plus reliable broadband connection
